Firstly, packed the cnc router machine with plastic sheet for clearing and damp proofing.
Secondly, then put the cnc router machine in the plywood case for safety and clashing.
Thirdly, transport the plywood case into the container.

5 I have ordered my cnc router it is the SM variant of the CNC 3040, which has marginally better 
specs than most.The machine comes powdercoated to stop oxidization from the factory.
So far customer service has been quite good via MSN & E-Mail and whats nice is the sales lady 
speaks very good english too! (which isn't very common for most cheap exporting chinese companies).

1. how should i pay for my order ? what is the procession of this purchase ?
we accept TT by bank.  you can do 30%  prepayment at first, then we will start to make production.
when the machine is ready , we will take pictures to you, and then you can do the ballance.  
after we got your payment. i will send the cnc router to you.
2. how about your service after sales ?  can your engineer speak fluent english ?
 we offer the service from you got the cnc router,  including how to install the machine, how to use cnc router.
 how to let machine work. and so on.  usually we will teach you how to do by email or by skype .  
our engineer has many years of experience for cnc router service .  he can speak very good english , 
so he can slove the problem in short time.
3.Are you a factory or trading company?
