The whole insulating glass production line usually includes 7 parts: (from left to right)

1, The Loading section(with Low-E checking)

Section 01: Input Conveyor Section
The Input Conveyor is a loading zone conveyor that is designed to load glass sheets into the washing machine. 

Section 02: Washing and Drying Section
It is designed to wash the glass sheets with high quality washing brushes and to throughly dry the glasses with specially knives. 

Section 03: Conveyor Section
This conveyor of the machine provides the transfer of glass sheets from washing and drying machine to the next process(section 04).

Section 04: Light Inspection and Aluminum placement
To avoid any defected glass sheet go into panel press section, there is a door on the back the operator can go and check the glass. After final check the worker can put the spacers on the perfect apperance glass sheets. 

Section 05: Outside Assembly Section
Outside assembly unit is designed to place the second glass on the first glass with spacer frames, the accuracy rate is higher than inside assembly.

Section 06: Panel Press with Gas Filling Section
Servo motors are used to control the panel pressing of insulating glass, so the operation is accuracy and reliable.
Argon gas is filled from the bottom and our software can calculate the total volume gas we need according the glass size.

Section 07: Output Section
The press output is designed to transfer the pressed insulated glass unit for secondary sealing application. We can according to customer's request to design the different output table.
