The WDS-650 BGA Rework Station is a high-precision system designed for reworking and rebonding BGA, QFN, CSP, and other surface-mounted chips. It is widely used for replacing and repairing BGA chips on devices such as laptops, smartphones, Xbox360, PS3, gaming consoles, and industrial control boards.

Equipped with independent triple-zone heating, HD optical alignment, and a smart touchscreen interface, the WDS-650 ensures precise placement, uniform soldering, and consistent results for both lead-free and traditional soldering tasks.

How to separate BGA chip from motherboard? 
How to replace a new BGA chip?
Repair steps:
1.Desoldering – Use hot air to safely separate the BGA chip from the motherboard with precise temperature control.
2.Pad Cleaning – Remove solder residue and clean the PCB pad area thoroughly.
3.Reballing or Replacement – Reball the original BGA chip or directly replace it with a new one.
4.Alignment & Positioning – Achieve accurate alignment using silk screen marks, manual experience, or the built-in HD optical camera system.
5.Soldering – Precisely mount and solder the new chip using WDS-650's triple-zone heating system and programmable reflow profile.
