Tianheng Tyre Cord Fabrics are used as reinforcement for all categories of tyres - bicycle, passenger car, light commercial vehicles, heavy commercial vehicles, tractor and off-the-road (OTR) tyres. It has the entire range of textile reinforcement including wicking and non-wicking chafer for heavy-duty tyres and tubeless radial tyres. Tianheng Belting Duck are used for manufacturing Rubber Belts and Conveyor Belts.
Today Tianheng is the largest tyre fabrics and canvas manufacturer in China, annual capacity 30 thousand tons tyre fabrics and 15 thousand tons canvas. In 2014 our annual capacity will reach to 35 thousand tons of canvas, we will be the largest manufacturer in the world.
With world-class machinery, such as A1 Dornier air-jet loom, Benninger soak glue machine and in-house built direct cabler for twisting, Tianheng is a leader in manufacturing nylon 6 tyre cord and polyester tyre cord in all kinds of automotive tyres. Tianheng supplies tyre cord fabrics to all major tyre companies in China and abroad. Tianheng High Modulus Low Shrinkage (HMLS) yarn used for reinforcement of passenger radial tyres and transmission belts and rubberised hoses.
Tianheng supplies Dipped HMLS polyester tyre cord, standard polyester tyre cord, Dipped Nylon 6 tyre cord, EE canvas/belting duck, EP canvas/belting duck, PP canvas/belting duck, NN canvas/belting duck etc. More than 20 specifications, we can also manufacture according to customer′s requirements.
