Q1:Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1:We are factory for faucets and shower products together with supporting accessories.
Q2:What's your MOQ?
A2:Our MOQ is 50 pcs.Also, we do accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our products before normal order.
Q3:How about the packing and shipping?
A3:Normally, we have carton and foam for packaging. If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to contact with us.
Q4:What kind of product certification do your factory have?

Q5:How about the delivery time?
A5:In general, the leading time is around 25 to 35 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different quantity will have different leading time.
Q6:What's your guarantee?
A6:For faucets, we have 5 years quality guarantee. If any quality problems arise from our side, we will do the replacement.
Q7:How to get a sample?
A7:Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and confirm which sample do you need.
