Polycarboxylate Dispersant for Gypsum Based or Cement Based Mortar

PCE-505 is a polycarboxylate dispersant powder with high water reducing rate and low air entrainment.
It has excellent formula adaptability, and can be used in various gypsum based or cement based mortar formulations.

How to use
Add this dispersant into material, mix and stir evenly.
The recommended dosage is 0.1 - 0.5%. Actual dosage should be determined by debugging and testing
according to different products and applications.

1. Self-leveling underlayment (SLU) and self-leveling screeds
2. Calcium sulphate and cement based screeds
3. Cementitious floor screeds
4. Non-shrink and anchor grouts
5. Repair and injection mortars
6. Tile adhesives and joint fillers

Dosage
Depending on the application, the dosage varies from 0.1% to 0.5% of the blending materials weight.
