Horizontal Small Mag Drive Submersible Centrifugal Pump
The primary reason for using a Magnetic drive pump for the pumping of alkali and caustic chemicals is to prevent fugitive emissions i.e. leaks. In several cases, the liquid itself and the vapours are harmful to health. If a mechanical seal was to fail, often quite catastrophically, this would result in a safety hazard and incident on site. Also some fluids crystallise on contact with air which leads to a shortened mechanical seal life which is eliminated by using a sealless pump.
This series of pumps because of its innovative design of resistance to idling, the magnetic pump running without water for a long time without damage, improve product durability. Pump bearings are made of silicon carbide, ceramic and titanium materials, which can meet the needs of different workplaces

Life enhancement of anti-grinding materials
All-silicon carbide grinding material, the shaft and shaft sleeve will be subjected to the pressure of the medium during operation, and the liquid film is formed between the two, which greatly extends the service life.
