The composite polymer deadend Insulators separates the mechanical strength from the external insulation performance, and the mandrel and the umbrella sheath bear the mechanical and electrical loads respectively, thus integrating the umbrella sheath material's atmospheric resistance, superior aging performance and good tensile mechanical performance of the mandrel material.

Before dispatched, the goods will be performed routine test and sample test comply with related standards. In case damage during the transportation, each one's sheds and housing will be checked thoroughly. Superficial defects of an area greater than 25 mm² (the total defective area not to exceed 0.2% of the total insulator surface) or of depth greater than 1mm.
