1. What material is WSD made of?
Copper

2. How does WSD save water?
Basically, WSD has small compartment inside that narrows water output and it changes the water pressure and sucks up all the air into this compartment; Then make water and air bubbles come out together to generate a still rich water volume with 50-70% less water.

3. Can WSD filter? What is WSD's Maintenance?
WSD has no filter function, same as using normal tap, there could be sands and dirt stuck over time, so WSD can be unscrewed and flushed in water, e. G. Every 2 months.

4. Can we just turn the water tap down to save water?
We can surely save water when we turn down the water tap, but there would not be enough water coming out and water pressure could be too low to use water efficiently. With WSD's patent design, it generates rich water volume so it not only saves water dramatically but also provides similar water efficiency at the same time.

5. How much in water bill can be saved?
It still depends on your very personal ways of using water.

6. Would WSD affect the water pressure?
WSD would not affect water pressure in water supply.

7. Would the hot water temperature fluctuate with WSD installed?
As long as water pressure in water supply is between 0.08-1.0mpa, hot water temperature would be stable with WSD installed.

8. Can WSD save water if what we need now is a full bucket of water?
No.

If properly used, WSD will at least last more than 5 years.

10. Can households have WSD installed?
Yes. WSD is designed to fit most of the households, all you need to do is unscrew the original device on your normal water tap and screw WSD right on. If you need Inner Water Saving Device to be put on, you might need a certified worker to do so as it is normally installed underneath the sink.

11. What is WSD's warranty?
Three-years warranty is provided for WSD.
