A. Main Features
1) EI series of "Integrated breeding system" is divided into several functional modules; users can buy and use different modules according to practical requirements.

1. Function systems
l Feeding and its control system
1) Feed hoppers
It is made of high quality anti-corrosion hot-galvanized steel plate, with volume of about 140 liters, can be ordered in a specific dimension if required. When system runs, feed supply system conveys feed into feed hoppers, avoiding contamination caused by workers that entered into the poultry house. The hoppers are equipped with feed level sensors, can deliver feed status through detective circuit back to control system, controlling start/stop of feeding driving motors, ensuring regular work of feeding system.
2) Feed pipes
Feed pipes are connection of hot galvanized seamless pipes of high quality anti-corrosion steel; spiral augers in which are imported from South Africa, with very flexible context, high fatigue resistance; feed can be delivered evenly and continuously into each feed pan, averaged feed convey capacity is 600kg/h; feed convey speed is high, can delivery feed in form of powders or granule.
3) Feed pans
Feed pans are divided into 4 categories: for hens, for cocks, for broilers and detection feed pan. The material used in the feed pan is anti-rust, anti-aging and ultra violet proof and can resist erosion from all common cleaning agents and disinfectants. Feed pan apply unique Adjust Grid Design, equip with multi-feeding window to allow many birds eat simultaneously; can adjust size of feeding windows according to indicated scale to meet feeding demand; Grids apply enhanced "T" type tendon which would not be transformed by push from birds; Feed pan are equipped with adjust sleeve structure which can adjust the amount of feed storage in feed pan according to indicated scale; there are baffles located at the port of adjust sleeve to adjust size of feed drop window thus control speed of feed drop; feed reduce pipes are embedded into adjust sleeve to reduce speed of feed drop, avoiding feed drop speed of some feed pans too fast thus resulting in uneven feed storage in feed pans; bottom of feed pans apply stage style of inner-outer pan structure, not only facilitating chicks eating inside the feed pan but also avoiding feed waste when grown chicken eat. 4) Suspending mechanism
Carrying capacity of suspending mechanism reaches over 1.35 ton, can easily adjust height of feeding system by manual and electric winch system, meeting requirements caused by poultry's growth and feed-limiting breeding.
5) Driving mechanism
Driving motors of high efficiency supply energy to revolving of augers inside feed pipes, driving mechanism is equipped with feed level sensor to detect and feedback to control system the amount of feed storage inside driving mechanism automatically; thus control start/stop of driving motors, ensuring regular work of feeding system.
6) Anti-rooster shock line
Normally, poultry has habit of roosting, for avoiding birds standing on feed lines to add the weight of feed lines, anti-rooster shock lines are fixed on every feed line. Birds will get a short period of electric shock if stand on the feed line; after a while, birds will thus has a living habit of non-standing on the feed lines so that feeding system gets protection.
7) Feed control system
Feed control system is the control core of this feed system, apply advanced automatic control concept, both being compatible to poultry house climate controller to meet requirement of automatic control and can realizing manual control if necessary. Control cabinet apply design concept of complete sealing for water proof and dust proof; seal rings are equipped with all of wire outputs can serve as wire protection as well. l Feed supply and its control system
1) Floor feed hopper
Floor feed hopper is made of high quality, anti-corrosion, hot galvanized steel plate, with volume of about 600 capacity, can be ordered in special dimension. Floor feed hopper is placed at outside the poultry house, operators or feed supply mechanism of silo convey feed into it, then feed supply system convey feed from it to hoppers of feed system, avoiding operators entered into poultry house to make contamination. Floor feed hopper is equipped with feed level sensor which feedbacks situation of feed inside it through detection circuit to control system, to control start/stop of drive motors of feed supply system, ensuring regular work of feed supply system.
2) Feed supply pipes
Feed supply pipes are connection of high quality PVC-U pipes which has wall of as thick as 80mm thus can bear high pressure; augers inside feed supply pipe are imported from South Africa, with very flexible context and high fatigue resistance; high efficiency and even when it comes to feed conveying; can convey feed in forms of powders or granules.
3) Silo
Silo is made of qualified, anti-corrosion, hot galvanized steel plates, can choose its volume size according to amount of feed storage. All of connecting parts of silo apply sealing design to prevent feed insides silo from humidified. There is a weighting module fixed at the bottom of each silo leg, signals generated by which will send to silo transformer to be decoded, then those decoded data will send to poultry house climate controller.
4) Feed-mix weighting device
Feed-mix weighting device is mount on the floor feed hopper, real time weight feed storage insides floor feed hopper and feedback to feed-mix controller, thus monitor and control amount of feed storage; Feed-mix weighting device has function of storing and mixing two kinds of feed, can set different feed storage proportions to meet requirements of varied breeding methods.
5) Driving mechanism
High efficiency driving motors supply energy to the revolving of auger insides feed supply pipes; Driving mechanism is equipped with feed level sensor which detects amount of feed storage insides driving mechanism automatically and feedback to control system, thus control start/stop of driving motors, ensuring regular work of feed supply system.
6) Feed supply control system
Feed control system is the control core of this feed system, apply advanced automatic control concept, both being compatible to poultry house climate controller to meet requirement of automatic control and can realizing manual control if necessary. l watering system and its pre-treatment components
1) Drinking pipes
Drinking pipes adopt high quality PVC-U pipes, with high pressure-bearing capability and even water pressure, equipped with pressure regulating valve, can adjust amount of water output of nipples automatically. Drinking pipes are self-equipped with washing device, wash drinking pipes regularly to ensure hygiene watering.
2) Nipples
Nipples are made of good quality stainless steel and with three-layer sealing design. 360' contact ensures all-angle access to water, with high sensitivity, small triggering force and no leaking. There are cups under nipples to collect water drops wasted by birds for drinking, avoiding too much humidity on floor of poultry house.
3) Suspending mechanism
Carrying capacity of suspending mechanism reaches over 1.35 ton, can easily adjust height of feeding system by manual winch system, meeting requirements caused by poultry's growth and feed-limiting breeding. Seamless steel pipes serve as bracket pipes above drinking pipes, ensuring linearity of drinking lines.
4) Pre-treatment Assembly
Pre-treatment assembly includes mediator, filter, water meters and pressure regulating valve, control valve and water convey pipes. Mediator is imported from France, with excellent performance, medicine adding proportion does not be influenced by water flow and pressure of water pipes at all. Filter type is reverse-flush filter, can ensure drinking water hygiene and non-blockage of nipples. 3) Vents controller
Vents controllers, according to parameters of breeding amount, season, temperature and humidity, etc and control demands from the poultry house climate controller, adjust the angle of air imputing and vent size timely; control times and period of vents' opening; working along with fans group, supply enough amount of oxygen to poultry house and keep air insides poultry house fresh; expel extra heat, dirty air and water vapor from poultry house, offering best growing environment for birds; is vital equipment for environment friendly poultry house.
4) Ventilation control system
Ventilation control system is the control centre of ventilation system. It applies advanced auto control concept, can be compatible with the poultry house climate controller to meet requirement of automatic control, or meet requirement of manual control if necessary. l Poultry house climate controller
1) Poultry house climate controller
Poultry house climate controller is a multi-purpose testing and regulating system used for controlling and improving poultry breeding environment; is a net information platform integrated words, pictures, cartoons, voice and video. As its running, it can collect poultry house information in terms of temp, humidity, density of Ammonia, static pressure, water supply amount, etc and reasoning them; work with multi controlling centers to fuzzy control activities of poultry house in terms of temp control, humidity control, ventilation, heating, water supply, alarm and illumination, etc; Meanwhile, can work auxiliary with extension function modules like group control system, remote network monitor center, power failure alarm and illumination model, etc, to help customers adjust poultry house climate, control breeding activities, monitor grow-up status, analyze breeding parameters and rise breeding quality, rise management level. 2) Poultry house group control system
Poultry house group control system is remote monitor and control system special designed for large-scale farms. Its computer terminal is placed at office of farm, which firstly can receive and save data sent by poultry house climate controller (data of temp, humidity, ventilation class, static pressure, ammonia, water amount, alarm and illumination intensity, feed amount ,etc) ,namely realize function of monitoring; secondly, through software system, improve set parameters of poultry house climate controller, realizing remote control; thirdly, can connect to remote network monitor, assess and analyze breeding log of each farm, make you "know everything without walking outside door."
3) Remote network monitor center
The remote network monitor center is located at headquarter of enterprise, via MODEM,GPRS,CDMA and broadband connecting to terminal(s); real time monitor parameters of each poultry house climate controller on the network; make animation for equipment's running status; monitor poultry conditions insides poultry house while record parameters sent by poultry house climate controller for facilitating operators to check product logs or to check cost; also can generate ERP report and draw curve of product status, realizing managing breeding in office.
l Other auxiliary function modules
