1. The almond enters the drum screening machine through the elevator and is divided into three or more levels
2. The electromagnetic quantitative feed hopper enters the three shelling machines for shelling.
3. According to the size of raw materials, adjust the roller gap of the sheller to achieve a better shelling effect.
4. The almonds, shells, and kernels that have been processed by the dehulling machine are sent to two shell and kernel separators by the collecting belt to separate the shells and kernels.
5. The shell and kernel separator separates the shell and the kernel, the upper outlet is out of the kernel, and the lower outlet is out of the shell.
6. The dehulled almonds go through the elevator into the automatic constant temperature soaking machine for soaking, which is convenient for better peeling.
7. Two wet peeling machines work at the same time to peel the soaked almonds, which improves the efficiency of peeling.
