Descriptioin of Ferrite Magnet Ceramic Magnet Permanent Magnet Rare Earth Magnet:
A ferrite is a ceramic material made by mixing and firing large proportions of iron(III) oxide (Fe2O3, rust) blended with small proportions of one or more additional metallic elements, such as barium, manganese, nickel, and zinc. They are both electrically non-conductive, meaning that they are insulators, meaning they can easily be magnetized or attracted to a magnet. Ferrite can be divided into two families based on their resistance to being demagnetized.
Hard ferrite have high coercive force, so are difficult to demagnetize. They are used to make permanent magnets for applications such as refrigerator magnets, loudspeakers, and small electric motors.
Soft ferrite have low coercive, so they easily change their magnetization and act as conductors of magnetic fields. They are used in the electronics industry to make efficient magnetic cores called ferrite cores for high-frequency inductors and transformers, and in various microwave components.
Ferrite compounds are extremely low cost, being made of mostly rusted iron (iron oxide), and have excellent corrosion resistance. They are very stable and difficult to demagnetize, and can be made with both high and low coercive forces.

Answer: Neodymium (or more accurately neodymium-iron-boron) magnets are the strongest permanent magnets in the world.
2. Q: What are the restrictions on the size of neodymium magnets?
Answer: The restrictions include:
The thickness of any magnet is 0.8mm~,
The outer diameter of any magnet is the minimum outer diameter of 2.5mm~,
The minimum diameter of any magnet hole is 1.5mm~.
The maximum diameter of the disc and ring can be customized to any maximum diameter.
3. Question: What information do I need to provide when making an inquiry?
Answer: If you have any questions, please tell us the following:
Dimensions, performance, shape and drawings with tolerances.
Material grade or magnetism.
Magnetic direction, quantity. Surface coating (if necessary).
Any special packaging, delivery or other requirements.
4. Q: How about the sampling time and cost?
A: 7-10 days, if the sample must be customized, charge according to your design.
We have samples and the delivery time is 3-7 days. (for reference only)
5. Question: How long is the lead time for your products?
Answer: 10-15 days.
