Hehua is an OEM manufacturing factory. Mainly produce the stamping parts, sheet metal parts, mold making, spark-erosion wire cutting, CNC machining, laser cutting and welding. Our company own various equipments about 100, such as: Gantry milling, Laser cutting, Bending machine Shearing machine, Punching machine 8T-200T, CNC Machining center, CNC Lathe machine, Milling machine, Wire-electrode cutting, Grinding machine, Drilling machine, Threading machine, Argon welder, Gas shielded welding machine, Spot welding machine, Squeeze riveter(Pressure riveting machine), Laser marking machine. Company has rich experience in mold design and excellent manufacturing capability, strict quality control system, for customers from product design, mould manufacture to the product production do unified service! 1	Quotation	We offer you quotation according to your details(drawing or sample, material, quantity, weight, and other special requirement)
2	Order	If you quotation is competitive, you will place the order
3	Drawing design	We design the mould structure drawing according to your product drawin or sample, then sendto you for confirmation.
4	Stamping die making	After your confirmation of our drawing we begin to make the moulds, during manufacturing program, we send you mould building progress with pictures every week, for you to know our process.
5	First trial	We will make the mould first trial on time, then send you video, picture and samples for you to confirm the quality
6.	Qualiy confirm	You may confirm the mould quality according to sample, or you can come to our plant for checking and accepting the mould. If you need to adjust the product structure, we can help you change the mould further.
7	Delivery	Ship the mould after it's completely ok, packed by wooden case.

1) Are you a factory or trade company? 

We are manufacturer, so we can offer you the competitive price and fast lead time. Welcome to visit out factory. 

2) Whether some samples can be provided? 

Yes. Samples can be provided. Just need some sample cost and we'll return it back when proceed into mass production. 

3) Will my drawing be safe after you get it? 

Yes. We will not release your design to the third party unless with your permission. 

4) How to deal with the parts received when they are found to be in poor quality? 
Please rest assured that all our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery and generally there will no non-conformance; In case of non-conformance, please contact us immediately, take some pictures, we will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time. The resulting transportation costs are borne by our company.
