The DCS, PCS7 systems with the advantages of high automation, data provides accurately and timely, give the enterprises an effective way of stable production, process optimization, using energy rationally and reducing production cost. Main technology

The main technology of viscose staple fiber manufacturing has former fluid workshop, spinning workshop, three wastes disposal and recover.

Former fluid workshop includes Leaching pressure powder, Etiolating and Ripening.

The basic requirements and main equipments:

With advanced combination machine of impregnating, pressing and smashing is for assuring qualified alkali cellulose and grinding degree.

With progressive ageing machine for ensuring alkali cellulose ageing temperature and time stably.

With automatic batching and feeding system; Programmed automatic control in etiolation course, pressure relieving devices in xanthating machine (Decompression valves and membranes)

Refining procedure and spinning procedure in spinning workshop.

The basic requirements and main equipments:

With advanced viscose dissolving process, grinding and crushing machines to improve the dissolving and filtering performances of viscose.

With continues automated filtering devices and waste viscose treating devices to guarantee its spinnability (if necessary, it need to add a plate-and- frame filtering devices).

With tube forming, continuously spinning devices, which are given priority during selecting filature mechanisms.

The short fiber machine may be chosen according to different demand, and good closed and frequency conversion will be used firstly in the principle.

Three-wastes treatment and recovery plants, and basic requirements.

Acid bath recycling system in acid station is used to acid bath degassing device and waste liquid recycling and treatment device. The recycling system is adopted multi-level flash evaporation equipment and mirabilite crystallization and glauber salt roasting devices.

3. System function

DCS-based systems cover three parts of automatic controls: Glue produce in former fluid workshop, spinning produce in spinning workshop and three wastes treatment &recovery.

Former fluid workshop control: Feeding speed, retting tank level and temperature adjusting, as well as logical control of xanthating machines and the optimally control of KK filer.
Spinning workshop control:
Short fiber production speed
Synchronously refining deviation-correction and speed.
Signal treatment, transmit, receive and display, report production, and history data memory, print and alarm.
