Such as Iron works, Steel plant, Ferroalloy works, Refractory plant, Foundry and Power station^for treating gases and filtering smokes which are from garbage incinerator, coal burning boiler and fluidized bed boiler.

2. System feature

Our country has been specified the categories of baghouse collectors in the" bag collector classification, and description of specification and performance "(GB6719-97).

3. Main principle

Fabric filters mainly consists of upper-cabinet, middle- cabinet, lower- cabinet (ash bucket), de-dusting system, and ash discharging device.

The main principles include dust filtered principle and dust collected principle.

Dust filtered principle
The dust gases enter from the air inlet, pass through collision paddle, then most of coarse grains are separated in the reason of inertia effect, and directly fall into dust catcher; After this, the dust gas will go into the filter bag to stop dusts outside of the filter-bag, then the dust gases are cleaned. Afterwards, the purified gases are into upper cabinet via filter bag outlet, and discharge from the gas outlet.

Dust collected principle: As the dust layer collected on the surface of the filter cloth becomes thicker, the pressure loss of the filter cloth increases, so the dust devices start remove dust when the devices' resistance reach up at setting value or the running time get the setting point.

4. System configuration and functions:

Based on technology analysis, Shenyang Shine offers relative solutions, design the dust collection system on the basis of its characteristics. This system can be as a complete dusting collection system, and as well as a subsystem of the whole automatic production.

It has two-grades:

One is PLC and DCS as the core to achieve electronic drive control and instruments procedure control.

The second grade adopts computer software to carry on tracking control to filters and de-dusting process.

By the network communication, the two grades work together to realize automatic control, monitoring and management of the system.
