Tinhy Geosynthetics HDPE geomembrane Product description
HDPE films mostly used in land fill applications, which protect the environment from the contamination produced by percolation of rainwater through the waste. A capping system will protect the landfill from further water infiltration. Due to excellent chemical, physical, biological properties HDPE sheets are used for ground water protection and water engineering including the sealing of waste disposal sites, industrial lagoons and reservoirs
Geomembrane liners are also used as floating covers or capping onto wastes lagoons or sludge pits to reduce air pollution, foul smell and to control flies, rodents and pests. HDPE geomembrane floating covers may be utilized in tandem with a CDM biogas digester or methane gas collection facility to co-generate electricity or to flare.
Our geomembranes are manufactured based on ASTM technology. We have a well-established in-house laboratory to test incoming raw materials and finished products. Each roll is tested before shipment and a material test certificate is provided. Our well-organised logistics team delivers material on time, anywhere in the world.

For HDPE liner shipment, in order to avoiding water when shipping on the boat, we specially use a thin layer plastic firm to package the geomembane in the side, then white or black woven bags for outside, paper tube inside, easy to load and download.
Paste our label or as per client request, loading them into container safely at our factory, make all goods arriving clients no damage, keep perfect. They are packed in the woven bags 50m/roll,100m/roll or follow your demand
Shipping: load container directly from our plant by truck, then go to the port, than go your site by sea.

1, Q: Are you the factory or trading company? Located?
A: 100% plant, not trading company, we are in Jinan city of Shandong Province in China.
2. Q: What's about your production capacity?
A: We produce 5 x 40ft container per day for HDPE geomembrane.
3. Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Within 7-14 days after deposit, we always deliver the goods according to customer's requirement.
4. Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ is 5000m2, customer can mix different sizes in one 20GP. We suggest at least 20GP,as by our exporting experience, 20GP container sea freight is more economic.
5. Q: How about quality guarantee of your liner?
A:1) Material Purchase Control. Our Material are imported from Iran and Saudi Arabia or Qatar. Those country specializing in better raw material.
