Equipped with both local and wireless remote controls, this machine is adaptable for tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters in diameter. It seamlessly integrates various functionalities such as high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, contour trimming, and spray dust removal, making it perfect for construction in sensitive zones like airports, residential areas, and wildlife reserves. Its versatility ensures it meets the demands of various rock types, mitigating issues like over- and under-excavation and preventing landslides.
Excavation efficiency: Comprehensive excavation efficiency for grade IV and V surrounding rocks can reach up to 50m³/h, ensuring swift progress.
Slight turbulence to surrounding rock: The non-explosive excavation method minimizes disturbances to the surrounding rock, promoting stability.
Precise over- and under-excavation control: The machine's movements are meticulously controlled, allowing for over- and under-excavation to be managed within 20 centimeters, ensuring precision.
