Q: Are you the manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are manufacturer and welcome to visit our production line and office anytime.
Q: Can you provide the sample?
A:Yes, we can provide the sample before place the mass order
Q: How long for a mass order production?
A: It could be negociable, normally 20-30 days production time after confirmed the drawing and received the deposit.
Q: What about your MOQ?
A: Without MOQ, one set is available, but the price is the retailer price and higher transport cost.
Q:What is your payment term?
A: For customized products, should be 50% deposit by TT, and 50% balance before loading.
Q: Can youhelp with delivery?
A: Yes, we can provide CIF, CFR, DDU trade term to help arrange the delivery.
Q: How do you guarantee yourproducts quality before delivery.
A: Welcome you come to our production line to inspect the mass or
der quality. And you can also arrange the third party for goods inspection. We also have our own quality control manage team to inspect the products quality before delivery. And we will send the photo to you to check before loading.
Q: Is that can be customized?
A: Yes, all products canbe customized. The design, size, color will be according to your request, you can send us your favorite design and color to us.
