Graphite Crucible          

Graphite crucibles are widely used in the smelting of precious metals and the smelting of non-ferrous metals and their alloys in metallurgy, foundry, machinery, chemical and other industrial areas because of their superior properties. And has a good technical and economic effects.

The Material of Graphite Crucible:
The material of Graphite Crucible include Fine-grain Graphite, High Pure Graphite, and Isostatic Graphite. We will choose the material to produce the Graphite Crucible based on customer's different application, working temperature, thermal shock property, acid-base property. Graphite materials has the following characteristics:

4. Small coefficient of thermal expansion, and it has a certain strain resistance to quench and heat.

How to use

1.The crucibles should be put on the pallets instead of the ground and stored in a dry place with good ventilation.

2. Use the proper base to support the crucibles. Attention! The base should be with a bigger diameter than the crucibles' bottom and with the same material as the crucibles'.

3.Make sure the furnace lining works well .Make sure the crucible and furnaces are concentric.

4. Use pincers to put the metal into crucible carefully
