1,When the inventory in our warehouse meets the order, we will ship the goods directly from the warehouse
2,When the goods in the order need to be produced or customized products, we will start production after receiving the payment, and arrange delivery within 15-20 working days.
Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can place your order by email, or contact customer service directly, or through our chat app.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: TT, 30% in advance ,balance before shipment.
For customized orders, 50% deposit requested.
We also offer payment by L/C, please contact us for details.
Q: Can I put my own logo on products and package?
A: Yes, you can. Our factory accepts OEM orders, and we will discuss with you about the design of logo and packages, send you samples, then start to produce when confirmed.
Q: What should we do if goods are received with some quality problems?
A: All goods have been inspected during the assembling and packing, the chance to get defective slide is very rare.
If there are some quality problems, such as finish problem, damaged problem, please kindly take some photos and show to us proof, also please show us the carton image to locate the quality supervisor. After we verified the problem, we will give refund or resend the goods.
