Product Application
The Carboanted Beverage Filling Machine can be used in Water Factory, Food & Beverage Factory Any carbonated drinks such as soft drinks, soda water, can be filled in 0.2-2L plastic bottles via this bottle washing ,filling capping ,3-in-1 machine. The Filling capacity for the machine 2000-25000bph (based on 500ml bottle). It is equipped with CO2 accuracy pressure control, so that the liquid level is always stable.
This filling machine adopts advanced PLC control technology. The main electric elements adopt Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, etc international famous products. Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high-quality stainless steel.

Specific Images
Air coveyor belt:
Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by Air Fan.

Bottle washing parts:
The bottle is blown into the bottle shifting wheel, when the flushing clamp reaches the bottle neck, the jaw will clamp the bottleneck, under the guidance of the rail, the clamp will turn the bottle 180° into an upright position, through second bottle pusher into the filling position.

Filling parts:
The filling part is manly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reaches the filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the meantime, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, the liquid will fill into the bottle. |

Capping parts:
The capping part consists of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an undercover tube part. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position by the Shift wheel.

Conveyor belt :
it used for conveying the bottles out to the labeling machine and packaging machine after filling processing. |
