Two: turning processing
1) rough turning: according to the turning process drawings for rough turning, cutting speed, cutting quantity in strict accordance with the provisions of the process (the general cutting speed is 5 RPM. The cutting amount is 10mm~12mm).
Three: heat treatment
JPG bearing raceway surface medium frequency quenching, hardness is not less than 55HRC, hardened layer depth is not less than 4 mm, the width of the soft belt is less than 50 mm, and the corresponding "S" mark. (sometimes customer requirements can be carburizing, nitriding, carbonitriding, etc.)

Four: rolling, milling processing

Six: grinding processing
1) rough grinding: it adopts medium corundum and soft three-grain grinding wheel with 36 degrees and large porosity resin for grinding. The linear speed is controlled at 1500 RPM to prevent raceway burns. The maximum grinding depth shall not exceed 1 mm.
2) fine grinding: resin wheel with particle size of 46 degrees or 60 degrees shall be used for grinding, the grinding amount shall be less than rough grinding, and the smoothness shall reach the level specified in the drawing
Vii. Assembly and submission of inspection documents
1) preparation of clearance: after grinding, the preliminary clearance shall be tested by trial assembly. According to the calculation data and trial installation of clearance, the final grinding shall be carried out and the clearance specified in the final drawing shall be prepared. 2. JPG
