It′s equipped with such processing equipment as the most advanced three-dimensional four-linkage program-controlled carving machine, Holand STORK large laser photo-typesetting plate-making equipment, Taiwan engraving production line of leather embossing roller, 8.6-meter US 3M mirror roller grinding equipment, electric spark impact machine special for producing matt roller, 10-meter dedicated embossing roller press, nickel and chrome plating production lines, etc. Art Design Embossing Roller Co., Ltd. has developed and manufactured the first national hole film cylinder mould, the first national CPP cast roller, and also, special "calecder roller" and "embossing roller" for the largest "three-roll calender" unit of China.
The production of Xuzhou Art Design Embossing Roller Co., Ltd. is divided into two different series: The roller products and the packing machinery.
The rollers including: Embossing roller, mirror roller, anilox roller, iron roller, aluminum roller, steel to steel roller, leather embossing roller, matt roller, etc, which are wildly used on plates, sheets and film. We can produce the rollers in various specifications with 1.2 m in diameter and 12 m in length.
The palstic machinery are the prime productions of packing machinery include: Film equipment, twin-roller equipmen, calender machine, sheet extrusion line, geotextiles equipment, draining board production line, laminating machinery, metal embosser, plastic film embossing machine group, three roll calender, Cast film production line, PJ7000-4000 sheet production line, PE150-2400 draining board production line. Our products are widely used in paper, printing, packaging, textiles, plastics, adhesive, industrial belts, decorative materials, sanitary materials, etc. Can make the process of embossing, calendaring, extinction, and gluing to the surface of metal, paper, leather, cloth, plastic sheet/board, plastic film, artistic glass, composite materials and other materials.
