Working principle of pipe force valve
1. Valve opening: When the water pump is started, the water at the inlet end passes through the filter, gate valve, high pressure pipe, and enters the lower part of the piston cylinder. Under the pressure of the water, the piston is pushed up and down to drive the small valve plate to slowly open, and the large valve plate is driven by hydraulic power. Open simultaneously with the small valve plate to complete the valve opening.
2. Closing the valve: When the pump is stopped, the flow rate in the valve decreases sharply. The large valve plate closes quickly under the action of gravity, cutting off 90% of the water flow, and the return pressure water at the outlet end enters the filter. Gate valve, high pressure pipe, enters the upper part of the piston cylinder , Under the pressure of water, push the piston to drive the small valve plate to close slowly to realize the closing of the group.
