Warranty:
1. Warranty: 6 months for disposable device
2. Anything damaged, please provide pictures or video for confirmation. new same vape products will be offered
3. Cooperate with the cheapest and safest shipping company.

About OEM/ODM:
We have a MOQ for the OEM/ODM disposable vape order:1000PCS, we highly welcome you to discuss more detail about your project.
1.Disposable vape pen has 6 months warranty after shipment except for human factors.
2.All the products are strictly checked before packing, ensure the defective rate is less than 0.5%.
3.In case any defects occurred during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defect is over 0.5%, all the defective products should be returned for replacement.
4.Buyer is responsible for the shipping of return and seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.
