Many types are available including tees, laterals, wyes, long radius swivels, ells, crosses, adapters, and union plugs. We also offer customized designs.
API 6A integral fitting includes Y-tee, 90-degree elbow, 180-degree elbow, tee, cross, laterals, and fishtails, with sizes ranging from 2" to 4" and pressures from 6000psi to 20000psi. The integral connections are made of high-strength alloy steel with all heat-treated to enhance load-bearing capacity and lengthen service life. The API 6A integral fittings have union ends for easy connection with various cementing or fracturing equipment, and welded end connectors designed as per API Spec 6A. The API 6A integral fittings are used for connection between different sizes or thread pipes.
Various models of API integral connectors for normal temperature, low temperature, and sour gas (H2S) conditions can be provided.
The API integral connectors for sour gas (H2S) environments are made to NACE MR0175;
We can provide customs-built API 6A integral connectors according to the customer's specific requirements and drawings.
The body is forged from alloy steel, and handled by advanced heat treatment technology to ensure the mechanical property.
Inner walls vulnerable to erosion are strengthened to extend service life.
Inner bores are chamfered to avoid stress concentration.
