Descriptions
JWELL uses a two-step method, it is pelletized with a cone twin extruder or a flat twin extruder, and then a cone twin or single screw extruder is used to extrude molded products.The host adopts five-machine co-extrusion mode, which makes the color and texture of the floor more realistic.
Performance and characteristics:

1. Different screws can be selected according to different formulas to achieve the best plasticizing effect.
2. Special design of reduction box and distribution box, reinforced thrust bearing, large transmission torque and long service life.
3. The Haul off unit adopts unique lifting technology, upper and lower crawler back pressure control, stable operation, high reliability, high traction, can be automatically cut to length, and equipped with dust recovery device.
