Performance And Advantage: Jwell's newly developed vertical double-wall corrugated production line is a second-generation vertical pressure water cooling production line, which is independently developed on the basis of domestic and international advanced technologies. It has more than ten invention patents.
First, there are a variety of types of extruders to choose, which can achieve the production of various HDPE, PP pipe, can also meet the production demand of single-wall corrugated pipe.
Second, sizing sleeve is made of aluminum alloy, and the surface is wear-resistant. The tube waveform can be calculated by special software program, and the ring stiffness can be obtained at the same weight.
Third, using advanced PLC and color LCD control system, which can be adjusted by the single machine, linkage of all lines, simple operation, stable and reliable production, high degree of automation, automatic fault alarm.

Properties: Double Wall Corrugated pipe is mainly used for water drainage system. It is a fully computerized pipe extrusion line. It features high and stable output capacity, and highly automatic operation. For HDPE pipe, you can choose highly efficient single screw extruder for producing. For PVC, you can choose conical twin- screw extruder or parallel twin- screw extruder. Forming system consists of mould blocks and corrugator. Mould blocks can be easily changed and they have air or water cooling system. On-line flaring can be realized. High precision cutting can be guaranteed by cutting machine. The production line can also be equipped with SIEMENS PLC system.

Properties: The belling system adopts the advanced European technology used for PVC solid wall pipe and double-wall corrugated pipe. Flaring forms are: rectangular flaring, u type, and r type flaring. Automatic control uses the Japanese Mitsubishi PLC program control which is stable and reliable.
