Main Application:

The crusher is applicable in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, food industry and so on for fine crush of materials, in particular of sensitive materials.

Working Principle:

The crusher consists of a main engine, an auxiliary engine and an electric cabinet. The crusher adopts different types of tool bits to carry out forcible crush to the spirally and quantitatively delivered materials. It has such performances as mesh free, winnowing, negative pressure pneumatic mode, cyclone separation, mechanical vibration or impulsion of the bags for dust removal, continuous production, uniform sizes of crushed granules, uniform sizes of recycled granules, recycling of fine powder, pollution prevention, and arrangement of cooler and silencer which can lower temperature and noise during crushing so as to achieve an ideal crushing state.
