•Brief introduction of equipment:
           Wood integrated crusher is a large-scale wood crushing equipment developed by our company. The main types of this equipment are SHD3000/SHD3300/SHD3600. The structure of this machine mainly includes frame, casing, power system, hydraulic system, electrical system, and a rotating hopper driven by a hopper drive device, and a rotor driven by a rotor drive device. The rotor is located under the rotating hopper, and the inlet is relatively offset from the center of the hopper.

•operating principle:
   When the wood comprehensive crusher works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the feed hopper also rotates slowly under the drive of the motor. The material is put into the feed hopper by the grasping machine, while the hopper rotates, the material is pulled evenly to the rotor by the material-shifting teeth on the inner wall. When the high-speed rotating rotor touches the material, the material is cut and torn by the blade on the rotor to realize the initial crushing of the material, the materials that have been initially crushed do not fall on the screen in the crushing chamber under the action of their own gravity and the impact force of the rotor. The materials that meet the requirements will be discharged through the screen, and do not meet the requirements will be in the crushing cavity for two or even three times of crushing processing until meet the requirements.

•Equipment characteristics:
1.The application of advanced technology, offset feed inlet and installed in the feed bucket on the inner wall of the combination of the role of auxiliary feed, and the equipment used frequency conversion technology, once the rotor load is too large, the hopper will reverse rotation, so the equipment never have to worry about material jam.
