PA rod (Nylon rod)
Properties:
This kind of material, characterized by strong mechanical strength, high stiffness, hardness and toughness, good aging resistance, sound mechanical damping capacity, fine glidability excellent wear resistance, good machinability and fine chemical stability, . It is resistant to organic solution/fuel, nontoxic/harmless, and high in heat-proof inflexibility (-40-90 degrees), which is used most widely among the engineering plastics
Application:
Can be widely used in anti-erosion parts for the chemical machinery, gear for the rotational structure of the machines, Wear-resistant parts, car components, Household Appliances Parts and so on

PA tube
Nylon is now considered to be one of the most versatile engineering materials, being exceptionally stable, having good mechanical strengths, and resistance to chemical corrosion, including dilute acids and alkalis. Manufactured from type 12, nylon tube can be used in pneumatic control systems, fuel lines, lubrication lines and also within the food, beverage and brewing industry.
All our nylon tube is heat and light stabilized and can also be produced in a semi-rigid grade of nylon in all the sizes below.
Features:
1) Smooth surface, wear-resistant, resistant to high pressure, corrosion resistance, safe and reliable.
2). Strong corrosion and impact resistance.
3). Could fix by variety of adapters, easy to use
4). These products are accordance with the standards of DIN73378 DIN74324 QC/T80-93.
