Product Description
The production line is mainly used for the IV solution glass bottle of 50ml,100ml,250ml,500ml and other sizes can be customized, in rough cleaning, fine cleaning, filling, (nitrogen filling), stoppering, capping, bottle loading(loading the bottle onto the sterilizing cart), bottle unloading(unloading the bottle onto the sterilizing cart), lamp checking, labeling etc.It can also be used for the production of other medical liquids (like tincture water) in washing, filling, and sealing.
Performance characteristics
1. The whole line is with series connection mode, clear structure, excellent appearance, the line can be separated in different clean class section, set the buffer area, and the bottle delivering does not cross area, fully meet the GMP requirements.
2. The line can be made like this: fine cleaning & filling in one machine or filling & stoppering in one machine, then the line will be short and need less space and less operator.
3. The rough washing and the fine washing are totally separated and finished in two machines, avoiding the cross contamination.
4. The bottle washing machine adopts the modern structure; rough cleaning adopts the same direction for bottle input and output, saving the operator and the machine space. The rough cleaning and the fine cleaning bottle output style all adopt the twice bottle receiving technology, can avoid the bottle collapsed and broken.
5. The rough washing adopts the box type ultrasonic bottle washing, completely overcoming the brush hair loss, bottle broken, dead area etc. Moreover, the bottle stays in the ultrasonic water for a long time, can reach the requirements of thorough degreasing and decontamination. Good cleaning effect and the low bottle breakage rate.
6. The bottle washing machine uses the intermittent rinsing, avoiding cross contamination caused by continuous rinsing.
7. Rinsing water can be recycled in the lower class, decreasing the water consumption.
8. The filling adopts the time, constant current theory; the filling quantity can be adjusted by the computer with accurate measurement. No bottle no filling, completely avoid the funnel type defects. And can realize the CIP/SIP.
9. The production line is with high automation; need less operator, low labor intensity, versatility and easy to replace component specification.
Main Feature:
1.New design for washing machine, rough cleaning adopts the same direction for bottle input and output, saving operators and machine space.
2.Bottle output from rough and fine washing machine adopts twice bottle receiving, avoiding bottle reversal and broken.
3.Bottle washing machine uses intermittent rinsing, avoiding cross contamination caused by continuous rinsing.
4.Bottle input adopts the combination of bottle hook and guide plate, making the bottle input reliable and no bottle reversal.
5.Washing water can be recycled and filtered, reduce water consumption
6.Customization filling method for different products, like Peristaltic Pump, Ceramic Pump, Stainless Steel Pump can optional.
7.During filling process, no mandatory friction of mechanical parts, not produce particulate pollution, compliant with GMP requirements.
8.Adopts the quick equipped filling head design, the filling heads is easy in disassembly and assembly (Only need to loose the two M6 bolts)
It can realize CIP/SIP on line.
9.Easy operation, a II settings can be set directly from Man-machine interface. Electronic control system adopts advanced PLC technology and microcomputer tuner to adjust speed. Start and stop smoothly, easy for changing specification parts.
10.By vacuum stoppering and mechanical positioning, only when the stoppers is in the accurate place it can go to the stoppering station, high qualified rate.
11.There is nitrogen protection in the delivering dial wheel between the wheel of the nitrogen filling and the wheel of the stoppering station. The nitrogen filling adopts the insert bottle filling methods; maximum ensures residual oxygen of the nitrogen filling products.
12.Low residual oxygen after vacuuming and stoppering. (ensures less than 0.6%).
Note:
1. In the table, the capacity is inversely proportional to the bottle size, that is the size much bigger the capacity is much lower, the specific is correct based on the tender documents.
2. In the table, the outer dimension can be made according to the workshop size ( that is to change the place style of the washing machine).
