R600A Safety Control Box
This is the safety control box for the R600A charging machine. It is able to perform the following cycles:
R600A monitoring.

It continuosly checking the R600A pollution level with 2 sensors located in the machine and the charging zone. It will also power the fan and the flow sensor. The flow level, as well as the pollution level are displayed and two set point are setted for safety control. Up to the 10% of the flammable level it will just power the fan at 50% of the nominal flow and does not display any alarm; Between 10 and 35% of the flammability level the fan is powered at 100% of the speed while an alarm is display. Just in case of more than 35% of the flammability level it will cut off the power to the R600A charging machine and display an acoustic and visible alarm.

Stand by cycle.
It can not be switched off (a special key is given to the authorised personnel whom is the only person that able to turn off it during maintenance job). During the production stop, it will continuosly checking the R600 pollution level and apply the following stand by cycle: Up to 10% of the pollution level the fan is turn off; Between the 10 and 35% the fan start to work at 100% of the possible flow and the visual alarm is display, in case of pollution higher than 35% an acoustic and visual alarm will be display.

ALARMS.
It can display the following alarms:
1. R600 high pollution level at charging machine;
2. R600 high pollution level at transfer pump (Optional);
3. Fan failure.
