Jib crane work for light intensity, crane by post, rotating arm rotation drive device and electric hoist, column bottom through on the concrete foundation with anchor bolt, cantilever rotary driven by cycloidal pinwheel reducer, electric hoist on the cantilever beams as a straight line running from left to right, and lifting heavy objects. Jib crane for hollow steel structure, light weight, big span, lifting weight, economy and durable.Jib Crane is a new generation of the hoist equipment developed to meet the requirement of modernized production. And Jib Crane adopts West Germany technology , has the features of reasonable structure,easy operating and high efficiency, etc . It is widely used in mines, workshop, warehouse , wharf,etc. Jib crane is mainly composed of top column, low column, main girder, main girder pole, electric hoist, rotation mechanism and electrical system, etc.Normally control model of jib crane with remote control or pendent line with press button or both.
Main Features:
1. Column
The column supports and fixes the rotating arm of the jib crane, and its upper and lower supports are composed of single-row tapered roller bearings that bear radial and axial forces.
2. Swing arm
The rotating arm is welded by the combination of I-beam and support. Its function is to realize the horizontal movement of the electric or manual trolley and the up and down movements of the hoist. It can rotate around the column. The rotation angle is generally divided into 360°, 270°, 180° (Can be customized according to customer needs).
3. Support arm and reducer
The support arm supports the rotating arm and increases the bending resistance and strength of the rotating arm. The roller is driven by the reducer to realize the electric rotation of the jib crane.
