The Qingdao Hilywill Sealing Company is a supplier to the major automotive/truck companies in China. This includes shaft seals, crank shaft seals, valve stem seals, shock absorber seals, as well as other rubber to metal bonded product, special rubber shapes, and o-rings. Qingdao Hilywill Sealing Company is certified to ISO/TS 16949: 2002 and ISO14000.
We have the capability to develop our own rubber formulations with our in-house chemists. We also work in association with Hexagon Polymers Compounding, a worldwide leader of rubber compounding. They also assist in the development of compounds according to our customer specification. They have four locations in Europe, three in North America, and one in China. The location in China pools from their resources worldwide for compound development. Their state of the art mixing facility is located 20 minutes from our manufacturing facility in Qingdao.
We started Hilywill International LLC to coordinate communications between our North American customers and our manufacturing facility in Qingdao, China. The coordination starts at the beginning of product development through the production/service life of the product. Our US sales /engineering offices are located in Lake Orion, Michigan. We also have offices in Qingdao and Shanghai, China. Our staff has extensive experience in the rubber industry in the fields of quality, engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
