Product Description

This saw machine is new developed for wet large square wood processing. The saw blade can up and down by manual, then the maximum processing width is 300 mm, the maximum processing thickness is280 mm. To meet the request of  smooth feeding and discharging when processing wet wood, we improve the structure of the middle working table, directly adopt upper and lower drum roller feeding structure. It is the ideal equipment for solid wood processing.

• The machine utilizes two groups of saw blades for simultaneous processing, selecting smaller and thinner blades based on wood hardness and thickness.
• The spindle is made of special alloy steel with a Φ60mm diameter, ensuring stable and high-precision performance.
• Equipped with a water cooling structure for the axis.
• Features 7 sets of feeding rollers for strong and smooth material feeding, especially for thick materials.
• Upper feeding roller structure includes a cylinder pressing system and segmented material pressing for adjustable force based on wood hardness and thickness.
• Utilizes frequency converter and cardan shaft transmission for feeding at a speed of 15 m/min.
• Front feed configuration includes three anti-rebound security guards for enhanced operational safety.
• Comes with a manual lubrication pump for centralized oil supply to critical sliding and rotating parts.

1. Do you offer installation? 
Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. All cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day. 
2. Where can we get replacement parts? 
Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices. 
3. How long can we get replacement parts? 
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally. 
4. What technical support do you offer?
