High Performance PP Woven Geotextiles for Reinforcement, Confinement, Filtration and Separation
SERIES DESCRIPTION
The Ruiheng High-Performance Series of woven polypropylene geotextiles were developed to deliver the higher strengths and long-term performance that cannot be achieved by typical woven slit-film geotextiles.
The Ruiheng High-Performance Series of woven polypropylene geotextiles are produced of 100% high-tenacity polypropylene yarns. Utilizing a variety of unique weave patterns, they are designed for separation, stabilization and reinforcement, while still providing excellent filtration and drainage in a wide range of applications from moderate to severe site conditions.
Whether the emphasis is on filtration, high tensile properties, and/or long-term performance, these versatile and durable geotextiles can provide quick and easy solutions to other costly alternatives.
Properties
The PP high strength woven geotextile has the following functions:
1. Corrosion resistance: Synthetic chemical fiber generally has acid resistance, alkali resistance, insect resistance, and mildew resistance.
2. Water permeability: Woven fabric can effectively control the pores of its structure to achieve a certain water permeability.
3. Convenient storage and transportation: Because of its lightweight and packaging according to certain requirements, transportation, storage, and construction are very convenient.
4. High strength: Use high-strength industrial polypropylene, polyester, nylon, and other synthetic fibers as raw materials, which have high original strength. After weaving, it becomes a regular interwoven structure, and the comprehensive carrying capacity is further improved.
5. Durability: Synthetic chemical fiber is characterized by its resistance to change, decomposition, and weathering. Can maintain its original characteristics for a long time.
