1.Taurursode oxycholicacid is the main effective component of bear bile, and also the main component of synthetic bear bile. Taurursode oxycholicacid is a binding bile acid widely found in bile of humans and animals, and has a variety of physiological and pharmacological effects. It is mainly used for sterol cholecystolithiasis, cholestatic liver disease (e.g. Primary biliary cirrhosis), biliary reflux gastritis, autoimmune hepatitis (AIH), primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC), primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), chronic hepatitis (hepatitis B, hepatitis C, etc.), alcoholic fatty liver, non-alcoholic fatty liver, drug induced liver damage, prevention and treatment of complications before and after liver transplantation, etc.
2.Ursodeoxycholate sodium is a kind of natural bile acid separated from bear bile. It is a chemical preparation. It is a hydrophilic cholic acid and a cholesterol stone dissolving agent. It can reduce the secretion of cholesterol by liver, reduce the saturation of cholesterol in bile, promote the secretion of bile acid, increase the solubility of cholesterol in bile, dissolve cholesterol stones or prevent stone formation. It can increase biliary secretion, relax the oral sphincter of bile duct and produce cholestric effect, which is conducive to the expulsion of stones. This product does not dissolve other types of gallstones. It is suitable for the treatment of cholesterol lithiasis, hyperlipidemia, biliary dysplasia, primary biliary cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis, bile reflux gastritis and prevention of acute rejection and reaction of liver transplantation. The litholysis effect of this product is slightly weaker than that of andeoxycholic acid.
