Chlortetracycline is a tetracycline antibiotic, an antibacterial substance found in the culture solution of actinomycetes. It can kill rickettsia, mycoplasma, chlamydia, atypical mycobacteria and spirochetes, etc. It is suitable for gram-positive bacteria such as sensitive Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae and sensitive leather such as Haemophilus influenzae. For the treatment of superficial ocular infections caused by blue-negative bacteria, it can also be used for the treatment of sensitive bacterial infections in other parts.

Applications:
1,Chloromycin has inhibitory effect on Gram-positive bacteria and negative bacteria, and can treat typhoid fever, pullorum and other diseases of livestock and poultry. Also acts as also as a growth promoter. for pig feed
2,Chlortetracycline is mainly used for the infection of Gram-positive cocci and negative bacilli, and also for the infection of Rickettsia such as typhus and scrub typhus.
