Piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium for injection, suitable for Staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, Citrobacter, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, and Providus spp. , Sepsis, complicated cystitis, pyelonephritis caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Adverse reactions
Uncommon: leukopenia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia
Rare: Anemia, bleeding manifestations (including purpura, epistaxis, prolonged bleeding time), eosinophilia, hemolytic anemia
Very rare: Agranulocytosis, positive Coombs direct test, pancytopenia, prolonged partial thromboplastin time, prolonged prothrombin time, thrombocytosis
