1.Q: What's the Minimum order quantity ?
A: MOQ for fireplace is 5 pcs, for fireplace insert is 10 pcs, can be mixed items, but need to be full with 40HQ.
2.Q: Do you provide sample?
A: Yes, we provide sample for you, but usually sample is super expensive for logistics charge.
3.Q: What is your payment term ?
A: 40% deposit, 60% balance paid before loading.
4.Q: What is the sample lead time ?
A: Around 7 days after receive full payment.
5.Q: How long is your delivery days for mass production?
A: 25-30 daysafter received deposit.

1.We have 2 kinds of fireplace inserts, one is with heating function, the other is without heating, pls inquire customer service to get corresponding link and price.
2.Wood frame will be added for bulk shipment by air. Please confirm with the salesman when make the final quotation.
