Shenzhen Zhichen Electronic Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 which is a large enterprise who focus on professional production, Self-Clinching fasteners, Non-standard parts and standard parts. Self-Brand and certification of import and export are owned. More than 6 thousand square meters is occupied and more than 300 employees are owned. There are more than 20 Application Engineers, 30 Technical Support Engineers, 38 QC employees and 16 supervisor and managers.
Today, our customer have grown to consist of hundreds of both domestic China and foreign companies, including some renowned global corporations for which we have worked our way to participate in their various programs as an approved vendor. There are various imported numerical control machine with more than 130 accessorial equipments. The size of manufacture capability is around 2 billions to 3.2 billions per month. We got the certification of the ISO9001 and ISO14001 in 2006 for quality assurance.
Our main products include Self-Clinching fasteners; Panel fasteners; Inserts of plastics; Spot welding studs and standoffs; Knurl nuts; Self-tapping threaded inserts; Blind rivets & rivet nuts, machine screws and washers and any kinds of Non-standard parts.
All products are widely used in electronic communications, sheet Metal Manufacture, mould, mechanical instrument and Apparatus, aerospace and so on.
