Product Description

The automatic drum filling machine adopts a serving weight scale type filling system for calculating the filling volume for big barrel products. The machine adopts PLC control, according to the filling bottle, and fixed discharging mouth, the rest of the operation can be finished on a touch screen.
 It's widely used in Food, Chemical, Medical, Cosmetics, Agrochemical industries, applicable for filling liquids, especially for high-viscosity materials and foamy liquids, such as Oil, Lube oil, Mobil oil, Lubricant oil, Liquid soap and etc.

 1). Before packaged& delivered, we will test the machine seriously and guarantee the machine runs stably

2). After inspection, the machine is wrapped in the plastic film against dampness and then carefully packed in a standard export wooden case.

Working Operation:

Auto-place the drum on the weighing platform--machine start to fill automatically--achieve the target weight--machine stop--automatically push the drum to the capping device--automatic device cap the cover.
