Alfalfa has high nutritional value and is suitable for animal feed. However, alfalfa has very high water content and is not suitable for direct storage. The triple pass rotary drum dryer is a new type of drying equipment for drying alfalfa. It can dry the alfalfa with the moisture from 65-80% to 18-12% at one time. And it also reduces the space of the dryer and improves the efficiency of the drying process.

Application of Alfalfa Dryer
The alfalfa dryer is suitable for drying elephant grass, alfalfa grass, timothy grass, leaf-eating grass, mulberry leaves, straw, and pitcher grass and other biomass fiber.
Advantages of Alfalfa Rotary Dryer
1. Compared with the single-cylinder dryer, the length of the three-pass rotary dryer is shortened by 50%, the construction area is reduced, the power consumption is reduced by 60%, and the project investment is saved by about 40%.
2. The alfalfa dryer has good sealing performance and is equipped with a complete dust removal device to prevent dust from overflowing.
3. The whole alfalfa drying system adopts centralized electrical control, which has a high degree of automation and is easy to operate.
4. It can be equipped with subsequent sections such as crushing, mixing, pelletizing, packing, and briquetting to improve the deep processing level of alfalfa.
