The No. 715 Research Institute (Yichang), China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, is the fixed production enterprise of tobacco machinery confirmed by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, and the council member unit of China Tobacco Machinery Group. The company is located in Yichang city at the exit of Three Gorges of Changjiang River with a beautiful landscape. We are the earliest high-tech company engaged in the research on acoustics engineering in China.
In tobacco field, we have developed tobacco equipment mainly for tobacco machinery of 6 series, over thirty kinds of products; Some of them have acquired National Utility Model Patent and Ministry or Province class Awards. LB14 Rolling Reconstituted Tobacco Sheet Production Line we developed is the first 200kg/h Tobacco Sheet Production Line in China. It is awarded "State Grade New Product" by the State Science & Technology Commission with other three Ministries and Commissions and is also awarded the ministry class Second-grade Science Progress Award. Our institute has presided over making the standards of Rolling Reconstituted Tobacco Sheet Production Line. LB14 Rolling Reconstituted Tobacco Sheet Production Line has reached the leading position regarding tobacco Sheet field in China.
At present, this product has already extensively applied in Xuzhou\ Nanjing\Wuhan\ Hefei etc. 28 large and medium-scale tobacco manufacturers in China, and exported to SAMPOERNA company of Indonesia in 2006, enjoyed good reputation from the users, and successfully signed the 2ND and 3rd Rolling Reconstituted Tobacco Sheet Production Line agreement in 2007, 2008.
The Model LB14 Rolling Reconstituted Tobacco Sheet Production Line (hereafter called as LB14) is one set of equipment which makes full use of tobacco waste such as stems, offal and powder etc. In cigarette manufacturing process, adopts special technical recipe and flow to finally remake the waste into tobacco Sheet filament.
