We are a manufacturer with experience of aluminum windows and doors 20 years. 3000 square meter base on 2 production line, over 30 worker with a complete production equipment and quality control system. We has been developing for 20 years, and has improved and updated its 3-generation product series which suitable for commercial, residential and other scenarios project.

Georgia: Our main products that aluminum windows, doors, sunroom, skylight, wood door, garage door., shower enclosure. Its' a complete set that included all materials, glass, hardware, accessories. AII you need to do is prepare the tools for installation.

Q: WHAT IS THE STANDARD SIZE OF YOUR WINDOWS AND DOORS?
Georgia: AII products are customized made in size based on our series. 

Q: HOW TO MAKE SURE THAT NO PROBLEM FOR INSTALLATION? 
Georgia:
1) In discussion process, please provide accurate correct (rough opening / outer-frame)size. The rough opening size that wall to wall size, we will reserve space for installation. The outer-frame size that actual size for windows and doors; 
2) Before production, we will provided design drawings for you check. We need to get the approve (Sign on) from you.
3) In after-sales service, we will positive cooperate you to finished installation that provide installation guide, picture, video etc help to you.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME? 
Georgia: 30 days production time after confirm deposit and drawings; 7 days for testing and packing; The sea shipping time 15-45 days in different area. You will received items around 2 month.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT TERMS? 
Georgia: 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit, and balance before shipment.

Q: WILL WE NEED TO INSTALL THE GLASS (ON-SITE GLAZING) OR DO YOUR WINDOW COME WITH THE GL ASS INSTALLED? 
Georgia: We'll think about it in terms of the actual situation, ensure the glass will not be damaged during transportation. Generally, we will assemble small size glass. And larger glass is recommended for project site installation.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY? (AFTER-SALES SERVICE) 
Georgia: We promise 10 year quality assurance. If occurrence situation of missing accessories when received items, we will re-sent it by express. We'll provided it for free if due to packing problem cause glass damaged.
