Hot dip galvanized steel street light pole
♦ Light pole was designed by anti-seismic 7 degrees & anti-wind 11 level & anti-seismic intensity is B level.
♦ According to the design requirements,the light pole material is made of high quality low carbon steel Q235,and the silicon content of stee isnot higher than 0.04%.Bending forming by a large bending machine,straigtness error is not more than 0.05%.
♦ Manufacturing technology:The light pole is formed integrally with smooth line,treated with internal and external hot galvanizing.The process of galvanizing is acid washing,hot galvanizing,washing,passivation and so on.Conforms to the national standard GB/T13912-92.Zinc plating adhesion,conforms to the standard GB2694-88 request,the anticorrosion life is more than 30 years.

Q1:Can I have a sample order for lighting pole?
A:Yes,welcome sample order for testing and checking,mixed samples available.
Q2:Do you accept OEM/ODM?
A:Yes,we're factory with standard production lines to fulfill different requirements from our clients.
Q3:What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, bulk order need 1-2 weeks, if quantity more than 1000 sets 2-3 weeks.
Q4:How about your MOQ limit?
