7 COLORS AUTOMATIC OFFSET PRINTING MACHINE FOR PLASTIC CUP
1. Automatic cup feeding system ensuring a sufficient buffer up to 2000 cups.
2. Automatic feeding speed adjustment according to the speed of main machine.
3. Probe if the cup is there. No-cup-no-print-no-corona-no-ink.
4. Defective cups are automatic ejected directly, without staking and counting.
5. Safety devices to check feeding and discharge, avoid damaging of the printing blanket result from the broken cups and the double ones.
6. Corona pretreatment.
7. UV curing (8kw)with durable lamp.
8. The printing spindle is driven by motor to enhance the printing blanket life and pringting quality.
9. To print 7-colored at one time.
10. Printing sector has in-depend driving system, synchronized with the index by the PIC.
11. All the controls of pressure are micro-adjustable with number indicator.
12. Min changeover time. Numerical indicators on all change parts.
13. The super 2 groups of the inking roller guarantee the print of the big cups without ghost.
