Q: What material do you use to make cabinets?
A: We use EPA standard plywood to make carcase, solid birch wood and MDF to make doors. Plywood is the best material to make cabinets. it is the strongest and lightest material. it makes cabinets long time standing. We also custom make cabinets according to detail requirements. You can choose particle board and MDF also.
Q: What construction cabinets do you make?
A: We make both framed and frameless Kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity cabinets, please see below information.
Frame Kitchen Cabinet Information:

| Door | Solid Russian birch, raised panel or shaker style as you require. Mortise and tenon joints. |
| Face frames | 3/4" thick solid wood face frames with 1-1/2" wide stiles and rails unless otherwise specified. Frames feature blind mortise and tenon joints. |
| Tops, bottom and sides | 1/2" thick 7-ply plywood sides/tops/bottoms with birch wood veneer, interiors are prefinished in clear UV coat and exteriors are finished in matching UV coat. Matching interior option is available. |
| Cabinets backs | 1/4" thick plywood with 3" x 1/2" frame, interiors are prefinished in UV coat. 1/2" thick back is available in advantage cabinets. |
| Shelves | 5/8" thick plywood, 1/2 depth, prefinished in UV coat. Full depth is available in advantage cabinets. |
| Drawer box | 5/8" thick solid Russian birch, dovetail joints, 1/4" thick plywood bottom. |
| Toe kick | 1/2" thick plywood, cover cabinets side. |
| Hinge | 1. DTC 4 ways conceal hinges. 2. DTC soft closed 6 ways conceal hinges. |
| Glide | 1. 3/4 extension white under mount glides, no soft closed 2. DTC full extension under mount soft closed glides. |

Q1: Do you provide cabinets samples? A: Yes, we offer cabinet samples for quality checking, charge freight only. If you really order the cabinets from us, we will refund you the total cost of the sample freight. |
Q2. What is the lead time? A: It is about 40 working days after deposit payment. Big quantity can be negotiated. |
Q3. What is your payment and trade terms? A: T/T30% deposit before production and 70% balance against the copy of B/L or LC at Sight. We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP trade terms. |
Q4. Can I have our own logo on products? A: We accept OEM/ODM orders. Put your own logo on our products is fine, please contact us and make sure the detail things before order. |
