Brief Introduction
The machine can de-hull buckwheat and separate shells from kernels. Those coarse bran can also be separated from kernels during this process. It applies dry method (seeds to be shelled directly with no thermal-treatment involved.) 

√ Please noticed that the shelling machine can not work solo. The buckwheat have to be cleaned and calibrated by sizes. Usually we recommend 6 to 8 sizes. Different size buckwheat goes to the sheller separately. That is to ensure the whole kernels (grits) rate.
